Pricing questions
Each person who signs in to your workspace is a team member. Starter includes 3 and Growth includes 10. Add more at any time for a monthly fee per person, or move up a plan when it works out cheaper.
No. Conversations and contacts are unlimited on every plan. Channel providers may charge their own fees, such as Meta’s WhatsApp conversation pricing, which they bill directly.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI runs (500 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth) for summaries, drafts, the reply agent, Copilot and translation. If you need more, buy a credit pack that never expires. Or connect your own OpenAI account in Settings: OpenAI bills you directly, Samaal doesn’t meter it, and you can set a monthly budget.
By card through BML Connect, or by bank transfer with your payment slip uploaded in Settings. Pay monthly, every 3 months, or yearly with 15% off. Every payment comes with an invoice showing 8% GST.
Everything you already have keeps working. Adding another channel, team member or automation waits until you add seats or upgrade.
The trial gives you 14 days of Growth. When it ends, choose a plan. If you don’t, the workspace keeps working with Starter limits and your data stays put.
You get a renewal invoice a few days before your period ends, and a 7-day grace period after it. Only then does the workspace drop to Starter limits, and nothing is deleted.
Yes. There’s no contract beyond the period you’ve paid for. Owners can delete the workspace and everything in it from Settings at any time.
